The number of days shown for each shipping option is measured from the date Lenovo provides your order to a shipping company, and not the date you place your order with Lenovo. The time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based upon product availability (orders are generally held until all products in the order are ready to ship), and other factors.
- Standard Delivery is standard ground shipping. This delivery method generally takes between 3-5 business days after shipping, but Lenovo does not commit that orders shipped by this method will arrive on any particular date.
- 2 Business Days Delivery: Your order should be received by 5:00 p.m. on the second business day after shipping.
Lenovo will choose the method of transportation based on customer location and other factors. Shipments may be delayed due to many circumstances If you have ordered a 2 Business Day option and the carrier does not deliver the product within that time frame, then Lenovo will refund the difference in price between the shipping option you selected and the delivery you receive subject to the following conditions:
(a) a product is deemed delivered when the carrier attempts delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, even if no one is present to receive the shipment (note: UPS requires signature to accept shipment);
(b) you must notify Lenovo customer service that you are eligible for this refund within twenty one (21) days of the date your order is delivered -- requests after twenty one days are not eligible for the refund; and

International shipping
Due to U.S. export restrictions and policies, Lenovo does not ship international orders outside the United States. However, online shopping is available all around the world, and we are pleased to accept orders from within the final destination country.

Since Lenovo operates in all 50 states it must, by law, charge your state's sales tax percentage on your purchases as well as any associated "shipping and handling" charges, where applicable.
